The new lift was installed in the pit during October 2004. Thanks for help go to Dick Hulbert, Bob Morrison, and Al Onodera of Folsom Railroad Museum, Gary Matranga of AAA Crane Co. for his time and use of his equipment, Grant District Maintainance and Operations crew for contribution of manpower and supplies to lower the pit floor and remove the door casing, Frank Fuson of Grant Alumni Association, and Dave Moreno, organ technician.
